  • Dream, Believe, Achieve!

Do you have a dream, (or dreams) you’d like to achieve? Does your current belief system support your dream(s)?

I have a sign in my office that reads, “The most important tool for success is the belief you can succeed.” This has served as a powerful reminder for me.

A belief is a thought that has been thought over and over – it’s ingrained. Ingrained, however, doesn’t necessarily need to stay permanent. This was surprising, yet hopeful information for me. As I embarked on the process of changing unsupportive beliefs I considered quitting a multitude of times – and would have if it were not for my coaches and support system. (Thank you!!) Though for me this was a very grueling path, I can finally say it has been worth the journey!

Every belief of course does not need changing. Here’s a clue – if your life is exactly as you’d like, or at least on track to be – you’re probably okay. If however, your life, or a portion of it, is not as you’d like and there isn’t motion in that direction – there’s a good chance one or more beliefs need uprooting and reestablishing.

I encourage everyone to evaluate their life and make any adjustments necessary. One word of caution – Do NOT embark on this process alone if you want to succeed.

Success, for me, says people achieve the true desires of their heart. Of course for this to happen there has to be a dream. Without dreams there is no hope, without hope we cease to survive. Dreams sometimes are hard to identify or put into words. The more I committed to life-long learning the more I dreamed to be better. That, I found, was enough of a dream to get started. Can you clearly identify and state your dreams?

First, have a Dream. Be selective who you share your dream with as there are many naysayers.

Second, Believe. This requires intense commitment and persistence. Remember, you may need to revamp one or more beliefs. The process is quite challenging, yet tremendously gratifying when reaching the other side. For best results, work with someone who understands the process and will provide the necessary reinforcement when you’re tempted to abandon the process.

Third, Achieve. This will fall into place when you solidify your dream and establish the necessary belief system to support you.

Dream, Believe, Achieveyou’re worth it!
